Airy Neon — Privacy Policy

Effective date: 2026-09-14 (replaces the 2026-08-19 version)

This policy applies to the Airy Neon mobile game (bundle / package com.tidokang.airyneon, distributed on the App Store and Google Play), operated by 주식회사 SAIR (SAIR Co., Ltd., “Tido Kang”). It supplements the Tido Kang Privacy Policy, which governs your Tido account; where the two overlap, this page describes the app-specific processing in more detail.

1. Playing without an account

You can play Airy Neon without signing in. In that case we do not collect your name, email address, or any account information. Your game progress and in-game currency are stored only on your device and are not transmitted to our servers.

2. Optional sign-in (Apple, Google, or Tido account)

Online features — a public nickname, score submission, and rankings — require a Tido account. You may sign in with Sign in with Apple, Google, or your Tido email address and password. When you sign in we receive and store: the account identifier the provider shares with us (never your provider password), the verified email address the provider shares (for Apple this may be a private relay address), and a Tido user ID we assign. If you use an email address and password, the password is stored only as a secure hash. We do not collect your name from the provider. Sign-in attempts are counted for security and abuse prevention. Signing in from the app uses the same Tido account as the website.

3. Nickname

After signing in you choose a nickname. It is a public display name: other players see it on the leaderboards next to your scores. Reserved names (for example the game’s own name or staff titles) are refused, and an administrator may hide a record or clear a nickname that breaks the rules. Your nickname is kept while your account exists.

4. Scores and rankings

When you play online, the app sends the result of each song (score, clear status, combo and judgement counts, song, stage, difficulty, and speed setting) to our servers. We keep your best record per song, stage, and difficulty and show ranking-mode records on the song leaderboards and the total ranking under your nickname. Score submissions are verified against the song’s chart; a submission log is kept for 180 days for integrity checks. Records are kept while your account exists; an administrator may hide a record from the leaderboards without deleting it.

5. Gameplay statistics

To tune difficulty, the app may report a minimal event when a stage is failed (song, stage, difficulty, speed setting, and the point of failure). These events are linked to a one-way hashed key rather than to your account, contain no personal information, are aggregated per day, and are deleted after 30 days.

6. Sessions and security

Signing in creates an app session: a short-lived access token and a refresh token that the app keeps in your device’s secure storage (Keychain on iOS, Keystore on Android). Our servers store refresh tokens only as one-way hashes. Refresh tokens rotate on use and expire after 90 days; signing out revokes the current session, and a revoked token that is presented again ends every session of that account in the app. All communication with our servers uses HTTPS.

7. Data that stays on your device

In the current version, notes and crystals, unlocked songs, energy, missions, local records for easy/normal/hard play, settings, and similar progress are stored only on your device — one set per device, shared by any accounts used on that device — and are not sent to our servers. A future update may offer optional cloud sync of this progress; this policy will be updated before that feature is enabled.

8. Ads

Airy Neon shows optional rewarded adsserved by Google AdMob — ads appear only when you choose to watch one for an in-game reward. To serve and measure ads and prevent fraud, Google may process your device's advertising identifier and related device information as described in the Google Privacy Policy and AdMob data practices. In regions that require it (e.g., EEA/UK), a consent dialog (Google UMP) is shown before ads are served, and you can decline personalized ads. The app itself does not collect or store this data.

9. Purchases

The current version offers no in-app purchases. If purchases or subscriptions are introduced, this policy will be updated before they are enabled.

10. Account and data deletion

You can delete your Tido account yourself: open Delete accountin the app’s account panel, which takes you to tidokang.com/account/delete/, or sign in on the website and open that page directly. You can also request deletion by emailing contact@tidokang.com. Deletion removes your Airy Neon nickname, ranking records, gameplay statistics, and app sessions together with your account data; records we are legally required to keep are retained for their statutory period. Data stored only on your device is removed by uninstalling the app.

11. Children

Direct sign-up is not offered to children under 14; younger players may use the app as guests or through an account created and managed by a parent or legal guardian, as described in the Tido Kang Privacy Policy.

이 방침은 Airy Neon 모바일 게임(번들/패키지 com.tidokang.airyneon, App Store 및 Google Play 배포)에 적용되며, 운영자는 주식회사 SAIR(Tido Kang)입니다. Tido 계정 전반에는 Tido Kang 개인정보처리방침이 적용되고, 이 페이지는 앱에서 이루어지는 처리를 더 자세히 설명합니다.

1. 로그인 없이 플레이

Airy Neon은 로그인 없이 플레이할 수 있습니다. 이 경우 이름·이메일 등 계정 정보를 수집하지 않으며, 게임 진행 상황과 게임 내 재화는 사용자 기기 안에만 저장되고 저희 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.

2. 선택적 로그인(Apple · Google · Tido 계정)

공개 닉네임, 점수 제출, 랭킹 등 온라인 기능은 Tido 계정이 필요합니다. Apple로 로그인, Google, 또는 Tido 이메일 주소와 비밀번호로 로그인할 수 있습니다. 로그인 시 저희는 제공자가 전달하는 계정 식별자(제공자 비밀번호는 절대 받지 않음), 제공자가 공유하는 인증된 이메일 주소(Apple의 경우 비공개 릴레이 주소일 수 있음), 그리고 저희가 부여하는 Tido 사용자 ID를 저장합니다. 이메일·비밀번호를 사용하는 경우 비밀번호는 안전한 해시로만 저장됩니다. 제공자로부터 이름은 수집하지 않습니다. 로그인 시도 횟수는 보안과 부정 방지를 위해 집계됩니다. 앱 로그인은 웹사이트와 같은 Tido 계정을 사용합니다.

3. 닉네임

로그인 후 닉네임을 정합니다. 닉네임은 공개 표시 이름으로, 리더보드에서 다른 플레이어에게 점수와 함께 보입니다. 예약된 이름(게임 이름·운영 역할어 등)은 사용할 수 없으며, 규칙을 어긴 기록을 숨기거나 닉네임을 해제하는 관리자 조치가 있을 수 있습니다. 닉네임은 계정이 존재하는 동안 보관됩니다.

4. 점수와 랭킹

온라인으로 플레이하면 앱이 각 곡의 결과(점수, 클리어 여부, 콤보와 판정 횟수, 곡·스테이지·난이도·배속)를 서버로 보냅니다. 저희는 곡·스테이지·난이도별 최고 기록을 보관하고, 랭크 모드 기록을 곡별 리더보드와 종합 랭킹에 닉네임과 함께 표시합니다. 제출된 점수는 곡의 채보 기준으로 검증되며, 무결성 검사를 위한 제출 기록은 180일간 보관됩니다. 기록은 계정이 존재하는 동안 보관되고, 관리자가 기록을 삭제하지 않은 채 리더보드에서만 숨길 수 있습니다.

5. 게임플레이 통계

난이도 조정을 위해 스테이지 실패 시 최소한의 이벤트(곡·스테이지· 난이도·배속·실패 지점)를 보고할 수 있습니다. 이 이벤트는 계정이 아닌 일방향 해시 키에 연결되고 개인정보를 포함하지 않으며, 일별로 집계된 뒤 30일 후 삭제됩니다.

6. 세션과 보안

로그인하면 앱 세션(짧은 수명의 액세스 토큰과 리프레시 토큰)이 만들어지며, 토큰은 기기의 보안 저장소(iOS Keychain, Android Keystore)에 보관됩니다. 서버는 리프레시 토큰을 일방향 해시로만 저장합니다. 리프레시 토큰은 사용 시 교체되고 90일 후 만료되며, 로그아웃하면 현재 세션이 폐기되고, 폐기된 토큰이 다시 제시되면 그 계정의 앱 세션이 모두 종료됩니다. 서버와의 통신은 모두 HTTPS를 사용합니다.

7. 기기에만 저장되는 데이터

현재 버전에서 음표와 크리스털, 곡 해금, 에너지, 미션, 이지·노멀· 하드 로컬 기록, 설정 등 진행 상황은 기기에만 저장되며(기기당 한 벌, 같은 기기의 여러 계정이 공유) 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 향후 업데이트에서 선택적 클라우드 동기화가 제공될 수 있으며, 그 경우 기능 활성화 전에 이 방침을 갱신합니다.

8. 광고

Airy Neon은 Google AdMob의 선택형 보상형 광고를 표시합니다 — 게임 내 보상을 위해 사용자가 직접 광고 시청을 선택한 경우에만 광고가 나옵니다. 광고 게재·측정과 부정 방지를 위해 Google이 기기의 광고 식별자 및 관련 기기 정보를 처리할 수 있으며, 자세한 내용은 Google 개인정보처리방침 및 AdMob 데이터 처리 안내를 참고하세요. 동의가 필요한 지역(EEA/영국 등)에서는 광고 표시 전 동의 창(Google UMP)이 표시되며 맞춤형 광고를 거부할 수 있습니다. 앱 자체는 이 데이터를 수집·저장하지 않습니다.

9. 구매

현재 버전에는 인앱 구매가 없습니다. 구매나 구독이 도입되면 활성화 전에 이 방침을 갱신합니다.

10. 계정 및 데이터 삭제

앱의 계정 패널에서 계정 삭제를 선택하면 tidokang.com/account/delete/로 이동하며, 웹사이트에 로그인해 같은 페이지를 직접 열 수도 있습니다. 이메일(contact@tidokang.com)로 삭제를 요청할 수도 있습니다. 삭제 시 Airy Neon 닉네임, 랭킹 기록, 게임플레이 통계, 앱 세션이 계정 정보와 함께 삭제되며, 법령상 보관이 필요한 기록은 해당 기간 동안 보관됩니다. 기기에만 저장된 데이터는 앱을 삭제하면 제거됩니다.

11. 아동

만 14세 미만 아동의 직접 회원가입은 제공하지 않습니다. 그보다 어린 이용자는 로그인 없이 플레이하거나, Tido Kang 개인정보처리방침에 따라 부모 또는 법정대리인이 생성·관리하는 계정을 통해 이용할 수 있습니다.
